Layaway Policy

At our surf shop located at 3464 Brittain Blvd, Qualicum Beach, we are committed to providing our customers with flexible buying options. Our layaway policy is designed to help you secure the items you want while providing a reasonable timeframe for payment and pickup.

Custom Orders

• Custom orders must be paid in full and picked up within 30 days of the item arriving at our store.
• Failure to complete the payment or pick up the item within this period could lead to the cancellation of your order. and restocking fees.

In-Stock Items

• For all in-stock items on layaway, completion of payment and collection of the item must occur within 30 days.
• If the layaway item is not paid for and picked up within the designated timeframe, the item will become available to other customers.

Restocking Fees

• If a custom order or an in-store layaway is returned, a restocking fee of 30% will be charged.
• This fee compensates for the loss of sales opportunity and the costs associated with preparing the item for sale again.

Interest Charges

• A 10% interest charge will be applied every month to the total amount owed on any items that are late.
• Keep in mind that this interest will accumulate monthly and can significantly increase the total amount owed if the item is not paid for promptly.
